22/08/2022, OKA Rudal 7984 Hall, Osindo, Dili – The ANC President, Mr João Olívio Freitas, with the Corporate Services Director, Mr Julião Soares dos Reis, and the Technical Director, Mr Vidal Santos Gomes, attended Telemor's 10th anniversary in Timor-Leste.
22/08/2022, Telemor, Telkomcel, Timor Telecom – ANC's consumer protection unit and TANE KONSUMIDOR made courtesy visits to the three operators, Timor Telecom, Telemor and Telkomcel. The joint team, led by Consumer Protection Coordinator Mr Nazário M. da C. P. Jerónimo, checked how operators compensate consumers when the Internet network goes down.
15/08/2022, Suai Room, Timor Plaza – The ANC President, Mr João Olívio Freitas, with the Technical Director, Mr Vidal dos Santos Gomes, attended a national seminar on "Media Development: Digital Platforms Now and in the Future of Timor-Leste". The Minister of Transport and Communications, H.E. Mr José Agustinho da Silva, spoke about the national fibre-optic network as strategic infrastructure for the country's digital development.
10/08/2022, ANC – The Ministry of Transport and Communications, through ANC, held a working meeting with the three operators, Timor Telecom, Telemor and Telkomcel, and TANE Konsumidor on mobile network instability.
05/08/2022, Delta Nova Hall – The ANC Technical Director, Mr Vidal dos Santos Gomes, took part in a workshop on online safety research organised by Western Sydney University with Plan International and ChildFund Australia. The aim was to give strong evidence on online opportunities, risks and protective factors for children and young people in Asia-Pacific, especially in Timor-Leste.
28/07/2022, Suai Room, Timor Plaza – ANC, with JICA, UNTL and ITU, held a national seminar on Girls in ICT Timor-Leste for public and private secondary-school and university students, to encourage young women and grow their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
26/07/2022, Cristal School Hall, Balide – The ANC Finance Director, Ms Georgina Emília da Silva Garcia, with ITU representatives Ms Rury and Cheng Yu, gave a public talk to Cristal Secondary School students on Girls in ICT Timor-Leste, to encourage students, especially girls, to choose science, technology, engineering and mathematics after secondary school.
22/07/2022, City 8, Manleuana – ANC and the Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion held a gender-approach seminar for ANC staff, to raise their knowledge, understanding, skills and access to information and training, to improve daily work and help achieve gender equality and inclusion in the communications sector.
19/07/2022, ANC – The ANC Technical Director, Mr Vidal dos Santos Gomes, and his team held a Online Workshop with technical representatives of the operators Timor Telecom, Telkomcel, Telemor and Ceslink on the Mobile Service Registration System (MSRS), with the DotAsia team.
06/07/2022, TradeInvest – The ANC President, Eng. João Olívio Freitas, with the Technical Director, Mr Vidal dos Santos Gomes, took part in a consultation on TradeInvest Timor-Leste's five-year strategic plan 2022–2027, at TradeInvest's meeting room in Colmera.
01/07/2022, SEII meeting room, Caicoli – The ANC President, João Olívio Freitas, with the Finance Director, Georgina Emília da Silva Garcia, met the Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion, H.E. Ms Maria do Rosário Fátima Correia, to invite her to the national seminar on ICT for Girls on 20 July 2022. The programme advocates for stronger ICT knowledge among women, especially in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

23/06/2022, Portugal – Five ANC staff went to training on "How the regulator works and is organised, telecom market regulation, spectrum management" at ANACOM Portugal, under the technical cooperation protocol signed by ANC and ANACOM on 21 April 2022. The aim was to raise each person's knowledge in their own area.
23/06/2022, European Union meeting room, Palm Business, Surik Mas – The ANC President, João Olívio Freitas, with the Technical Director, Vidal dos Santos Gomes, and Legal Adviser Adilson Semedo, held a working meeting with EU representative Mário Mendes Machado on strengthening ANC's ability to act in the telecom market and on future cooperation.

10/06/2022, Gleno, Ermera – ANC explained its role and duties under Decree-Law No. 15/2012 in Ermera Municipality, to give people the information they need when they use telecom services.

30/05 – 03/06/2022, Geneva, Switzerland – The ANC President took part in the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) Forum 2022 as a panellist in "High-Level Policy Session 2: WSIS Action Lines the 2030, Agenda/Inclusiveness, Access to Information and Knowledge for All/Bridging Digital Divides”, no “High-Level Dialogue for Developing Countries (and LDCS)”.
24–26/05/2022, Vilankulo, Mozambique – The Director of the ANC Regulation Sector, Mr Vidal dos Santos Gomes, and ANC technical regulator Eng. Pio Tilman Soares took part in the Exchange Meeting of Portuguese-Speaking Communications Authorities, "Rational Spectrum Management as a Tool to Promote Quality of Service".
16–20/05/2022, Dili Convention Centre, Caicoli – ANC took part in the national fair for the 20th anniversary of the Restoration of Independence of Timor-Leste, with the theme "Through the 20th Anniversary of the Restoration of Independence, Let Us Strengthen Peace and Stability to Develop Our Country, Timor-Leste".
19/05/2022, ANC – The ANC executive team met TANE KONSUMIDOR about a cooperation protocol and received a delegation from DECO (the Portuguese Consumer Protection Association), at the ANC meeting room, Caicoli.
19–21/05/2022, Cabo Verde – The ANC executive team took part in the 14th General Assembly of the Association of Communications and Telecommunications Regulators of the CPLP (ARCTEL) and the 12th Communications Forum.
09/05/2022, MTC Hall, Caicoli – ANC signed a cooperation protocol with the Consumer Protection Association of Timor-Leste (TANE KONSUMIDOR), mainly to strengthen work to protect consumer rights in getting and using telecom services.
