Candidates for the ANC Board of Directors who are best qualified should also have (desirable):
• Relevant academic qualifications and skills in the field;
• Skills in the official and working languages (Tetum, Portuguese and English: spoken and/or written);
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Candidates must:
1. Fill in Formulariu Aplikasaun;
2. Prepare a short but complete response to the selection criteria;
3. Résumé/CV of no more than five pages;
4. Copies of their latest relevant qualifications only;
