On 17 January 2019, the members of the ANC Board of Directors were sworn in by the Minister of Transport and Communications, H.E. Mr José Agustinho da Silva, at the Ministry's conference hall. They are: Mr João Olívio Freitas, Executive President of the Board; Ms Georgina Emília da Silva Garcia, Executive Finance Administrator; and Mr Gabriel de Jesus, Non-Executive Administrator, for a five-year term.
At the ceremony, H.E. Mr José Agustinho da Silva said the appointment is based on Government Resolution No. 25/2018 of 18 December 2018 on the appointment of the members of the ANC Board of Directors, to keep the institution running and carrying out all its duties under Decree-Law No. 15/2012 for the next five years.
