Dili, 30 July 2025 – The Chairman of the ANC, Mr Flávio Cardoso Neves, and the Finance Administrator, Ms Georgina Emília da Silva Garcia, met the telecom operators at the ANC meeting room in Caicoli. They discussed: the timing of the licence-renewal process, so it is clear and follows the rules; a review of spectrum fees and related conditions, to answer industry concerns within the national telecom policy; closer cooperation between operators and ANC for a structured working relationship that benefits both sides under ANC supervision; and other relevant matters. Operator executives, their teams and advisers took part.
